CTR Sales (The Sales Exchange Community) is the placement and training operation built exclusively for online fitness, nutrition, and hybrid coaches. We don't service SaaS, agencies, or info-products outside this niche — and that's the whole point.
Why we exist.
Most fitness coaches don't have a marketing problem — they have a sales problem. The wrong closer on the phone can burn a $30k month into a $6k month and leave the coach blaming their ads, their offer, or themselves.
We started CTR because we kept watching brilliant coaches grind for leads, only to watch unqualified or untrained sales reps light those leads on fire. So we built a niche talent pool, a training system, and a management layer — and put it all under one roof.
